Description
Unique artist-made drinking vessal with curved or loop handle.
The body is a tall cylindar. The handle loops about 1/3 around the circumference. The base color is ochre with fine Japanese style brush painting of flowers on a branch with striated leaves. Thick overglaze (well crazed) gives the piece added depth. It is signed with chop marks next to the lower handle joint as shown in the 3rd photo.
Measures 3 inches diameter, 5-1/2 tall.
Very good condition. No chips, cracks or dings.
